Renovating a small (2.5m x1.5m approx) bathroom:
- Remove wall tiles, bathtub, shower screen & vanity
- Installation of new bath base with shower & shower above, vanity, plumbing between bath & shower
- Installation of new ceramic tiles as follows: 3.5m sq fixed to bathroom floors (including shower screen base) 12.5m sq fixed to bathroom walls (floor to ceiling) Tiling around 2 electrical switches.
The bathroom is in a 1970's unit & has concrete walls, floor & ceiling.
All major materials (bath, tiles & vanity) provided. Paying for labour and other materials (tile glue, grout, plumbing supplies etc) only.
