The room is approximately 1.2 metres wide by about 3 metres in length. it currently has a toilet (will keep), hand basin, exhaust fan and floor drainage in place. i would like to move the handbasin and install a shower along with re-tiling of the room and moving of electrical points. i would also like to explore the additional cost of having a second instant hot water system installed.
walls are plaster board and floor drainage is already in place.
