I need a bathroom renovation done to remove existing tiles, and retile the whole bathroom, paint the ceiling, remove a bathtub, remove the existing shower and move it, move the basin and install a new vanity, install a cup board behind the door. Its a small bathroom/laundry area. I am a pensioner and looking for a reasonable price and a decent job to be done. I have all the drawings in place, not sure if a permit is needed.
