Rumpus Room Renovation

My rumpus room downstairs currently has open brick walls which I would like plastered. I would also like to put in a toilet downstairs if possible and extend the laundry. Also wish to install bifold doors in one section so part of the area can be used as room for guests. I need some more electrical points put in on a few walls so I can put a TV down there and turn the area into our main living space. There is also a coonara which I would like replaced with a gas fireplace. I need some bricks removed from this area to also better use the area and to make the fireplace a feature. Also want to replace the lights with downlights. I am open to ideas but would really like a builder to coordinate the project and make suggestions. I am ready for the project to start in a month or so but I am happy to wait 6 monrhs if need be if the quote is reasonable.
