The shower is located upstairs and serves as the main upstairs bathroom of a family home. i think there has been movement in the house that has created a large crack in the shower base that has resulted in tiles surrounding the base coming loose. water occassionally leaks thru the base into the ceiling and a light fitting situated directly underneath the shower downstairs. there may be water damage to the flooring under the shower base and we are concerned about the electrical aspect.
