Totally regretted employing him for a job to replace bathroom fixtures. Bad start when he asked if I had screwdrivers on me. Told me how lucky I was that he was able to bring in a nearby plumber to help with the job. While the job obviously turned out to be more complicated than it appeared, he left me with a leaking hose in the bathroom that resulted in me mopping up water for hours. When alerted to the leaking hose, he said his plumber would be straight around, but the plumber never showed and this guy stopped answering his phone. He also left one of the fittings loose, did not replace a hook as instructed, reattached a latch while the door was off its runner (thereby not allowing me to put it back on to the runner), left cast-off items on the floor and in the toilet. No wonder he insisted I pay in cash on the spot. I had to spend another fortune getting a proper plumber in to pull apart what they did to my basin taps in order to stop the leak.
