1. Remove and dispose of current bath.
- 2. Secure flooring under bath for the long-term. This may require new timber beams or even a small concrete slab, if possible.
- 3. Replace bath with another, fitted, one of my choice (plain and reasonably priced).
- 4. Replace all of the tiling in the bath alcove, including the laying of new tiles along the upper window recess. The tiles should be plain and with a white gloss surface.
