1. There is a leak somewhere in the shower area that is causing damage to the wall next to the shower. I need this repaired and the tiles replaced.
2. Would like existing bathroom mirror removed (approx 3mX1m in size) and replaced with a new mirror.
3. Potentially also replace shower screen over bath and bathroom taps
4. Paint bathroom (possibly)
