The worst experience I have ever had with a trade. $20k in renos. Paid $11k upfront foolishly. Poorly planned, poorly executed, never finished, every thing has defects (carpentry, electrical, floors), little rectification work done, subbies not paid, poor communication and never turning up when said. Employed subbies via yellow pages on the day of the job which caused scope understanding issues. Ripped up my carpet by mistake and replaced with poorly laid carpet. Electricians work sub standard and not rectified. roof left with leak during storms causing recently polished floorboards to bubble. Not fixed. No copy of contract left with me so I cannot claim insurance. Had the nerve to invoice me for $2500 in variations. Avoid at all costs
