- Install sarking to upper level walls. Requires reinstallation of rendered foam and associated flashing.
- Rebuild leaking showers (up to 9 units). Price based on rectification of existing tiled bases and also using polymarble bases as an alternative.
- Remove and refit windows and exterior doors with head and sill flashings fitted.
- Investigate and rectify water leaks in the shopfront veranda.
- Repair and repainting of the leak damaged plasterboard throughout the building.
