I need a quote for re renovating house which was done around Approx 10 years ago, neighbours salt water pool had been leaking under house for sometime when shower base broke and looked under house and had ky own salt water pool underneath. Insurance has agreed to pay but I need quote and I will be able to choose mu own builder. House need a lot of work including removing soil from sub floor as the salt saturation, restump, replace damaged joist and bearers, new chipboard which new 19 mm forest gum flooring removal of moud and replace or salt effect areas. review house any variables we can estimate and + / - 25 % for example. inspect wall and ceiling plaster for mold and replace if required. 1 bathroom required to be rebuild, and anything else you can find that may need repairing or check and repared if required. Ill need a written quote, which can be and estimate . if successful quote can be revised after detail investifgatiom.
