Up to 5 wooden awning windows need to be removed and reset (using existing windows) due to movement and gaps around windows. Up to 2 wooden sliding doors need to be removed and reset (using existing doors) due to movement and gaps. Repair of rotten wood at bottom of front window frame. Repair skirting boards, install new front door, fix front porch roof and back pergola. Remove tiles from last area of kitchen wall and repair plaster. Remove rail and shelf from walk in wardrobe. Repair internal plaster work (number of cracks and a couple of small holes) and repaint internal walls, ceiling, trims and doors. Want to change colour of trim from mint green to more neutral colour.
External painting of window frames. Clean out and repair of guttering as needed then repaint guttering and trim.
Change all locks to external doors and change window winders to include locks. New internal door handles (brushed stainless steel). Keen to get jobs done asap.
