Please see link below for rough plan. Looking to relocate the front door and change the front door area to be a small room. It would require to make 2 internal walls and a door plus join existing external wall with a window. The external walls are cladding. The roof externally or structurally does not to be changed, only the internal ceiling and cornice in the old door area would be required. Flooring timber would also be required to be extended. Would like the new internal walls to be insulated and internal door to be a solid door.
