We bought a house that's more than 50 years old and we would like to get some flooring done (including tiling, carpeting and timber flooring), renovate the kitchen and bathroom and build a mater bedroom with ensuite from scratch. Due to our mortgage we need very competitive prices so price is our first consideration than the quality. The job is preferred to be done before end of February or no later than mid-March because we are going away.
