Complete renovation of two existing bathrooms (one with laundry attached).
First bathroom (1.4 x 3.7m) is to be converted into an ensuite, requiring existing doorway to be covered over and a new doorway to be made into master bedroom. Entirely new fitout, but with plumbing and applicances remaining in same positions.
Second bathroom/laundry (2.0 x 3.9m) to be completely refitted, along with new laundry cabinetry. Most plumbing to remain near original locations except toilet which will move.
Most items already selected for both bathrooms and scale plans already drawn.
Option to also remove and move certain hydronic heating units, plus lay new floorboards in hallway (if suitable, otherwise owner will arrange separately).
