Would like to convert Square bathroom into two rectangular portions, one for the main bathroom and one for an ensuite. For the new bathroom at the minimum requires the removal of two interior walls, addition of a door, movement of the toilet from close to the wall to closer to the hallway, and putting a bath near the wall where the toilet used to be. Plumbing and electrical work required.
For the ensuite, installation of shower, toilet and basin.
For a bit of left over space, either conversion to two wardrobes, needing additional interior walls, or conversion to a laundry closet.
