Hi there,
I want to renovate the house in Ashburton. The work is mainly involved the renovation of the kitchen and bathroom.
Kitchen (4.5x2.8m)
I have purchased the set of kitchen cabinets and benchtop and all cabinets will be assembled upon arrival. Hence, the works required:
* Remove the old kitchen
* Install the kitchen include bench top and all plumbing and electrical.
* Tiling for Splash back
Bathroom (2.1x1.8m)
* Remove the old bathtub and vanity
* Install shower box and free-stand vanity
* Replace ceiling and paint
* Install lamp heater, fan and light.
* Tiling up to ceiling
Replace ceiling of total area 11m2 in toilet, laundry and entrance area.
All floor and wall tiling surface area is 60m2
All painting surface area is 35m2
The water quality is poor due to galvanized steel pipe, we also consider to re-pipe the house.
Budge estimate total at $10,000.
