- Repairing cracks and damaged walls and ceilings, possible waterproofing of walls, including painting (internal), painting/rendering (external)
- Internal renovation work, strip carpets, sand and polish floorboards, install vanities, painting, some tiling needed. would need a team or an all-rounder as plumbing, plastering, carpentry, water proofing, tiling and painting are all needed.
Note: the building is 100yrs old and parts are heritage listed, also I'm not sure if asbestos is present.
We are seeking quotes to present to the landlord. So we are ready to proceed but do need to get approval from owner of building!
