New kitchen incl. benches/stove/sink/rangehood and floor tiling (1.8mx1.9m), new carpets or timber flooring throughout with underlay, plastering of some walls incl. fixing up holes in some walls, internal walls/ceiling/roof beams(oregon timber) painted, rewiring and installation of new power points/broadband cabling. new front/rear door incl some carpentry and locks. House has timber cladding and slightly pitched corrugated iron roof (5 degrees) and sits on Concrete sleepers with approx 40cm clearance between floor and ground. 3 Bedroom house, with separate bathroom, toilet, laundry. Open plan kitchen and living. House plans available if required. Good decent quality but price is the most important factor in determining how much is done upfront. fixing external cladding on house is optional and likely to be done at later date.
