• Create boxing and pour concrete to better integrate two different slab levels (estimated at one tenth of a cubic metre total.) SUPPLY CONCRETE (mix on-site).
• Alter frame details at base of laundry-to-toilet wall to allow floor tiles to be continuous across both rooms (similar to what is done in a public toilet)
• Create a suitable door jamb and hang replacement door (supplied).
• Reline all walls in villaboard and plaster ready for painting. SUPPLY VILLABOARD.
• Coordinate with owner on alteration of plumbing and electrical (by owner).
Need to maintain usability of toilet as much as possible during work.
