House currently has separate bathroom, toilet shower. Wanting to move toilet into where shower is - so we still have a separate toilet. We then want to combine two rooms (the existing bathroom aand toilet) by knocking out a wall and putting in a new shower and vanity. Another option involves taking out another wall and utilising part of the hall to make a bigger bathroom to enable us to put in a bath as well.
