Remove wall between shower and the rest of the bathroom. Remove shower, and lowered ceiling. Remove damaged floorboards below shower. Remove bath tub, vanity and existing tiles.
Build new ceiling above shower, in line with the rest of the existing ceiling. Replace floor under shower, and original bathtub location.
Install new aluminium casement window (h1200 x w1450) (larger than existing window). Install semi frameless shower system, bathtub and vanity. Tile floor and walls.
I have made a rough sketch of current and proposed floor plan and a list of the fittings required.
