  Ensuite
1) Gut and Dispose of existing bathroom
2) Re-plumbing (minor to suit new fixtures; fixtures will stay in existing position)
3) Rebuild flooring and wall (including sloping the shower floor and waterproofing)
4) Wall to Ceiling tiling - Ensuite is L shape (2.85m x 1.5m and 0.85m x 1.1m with a ceiling height of 2.5m); Tiles have already been purchased which are 600 x 600mm porcelain tiles
5) Install Vanity (Vanity is purchased, however marble bench is required to be supplied)
6) Install all Fixtures (shower head, taps, toilet, rails etc)
7) Install and supply frameless glass shower door to fix a door width of 0.85m
8) Install and supply mirror for vanity

Additions
1) In addition, a freestanding glass shower screen is required to be supplied and installed in a separate bathroom (screen is piece of glass the size 1.2m)
2) Also in this separate bathroom installation of mirror, towel rail, toilet roll rail, shower caddy required

Laundry
1) A drain hole required to be installed in laundry floor (current sub floor is timber)
2) Replumbing required for sink and laundry taps (the position of the washing machine and the sink will remain the same, the pipes merely require to be moved down a few inches)
3) waterproofing and tiling of laundry with the same porcelain 600x600mm tiles (Floor area - ; Wall Area -
4) Install and supply new cabinet bench top and sink

Kitchen
1) Gut and remove existing tiles and benchtop (note existing cabinets and appliances to remain)
2) Tile the splashback size with subway tiles (yet to be purchased) slashback size is approx 3m2
3) Supply and install new marble bench top on top of existing cabinets. (existing bench top is a U shape with a size of (1.5m x 0.55m; 0.59m x 2.95m; 0.69m x 2m)
4) Install new sink and taps
