We have just purchased a unit and we need the bathroom and kitchen completely redone. They are both very small, Bathroom 2.5m by 1.7 and Kitchen 2.5m by 1.9 approx. We need a good system of cabinets and bench space in the kitchen and appliances, bathroom depends on budget. Budget is $6,000 to $7,000 for both. Let us know if it would be cheaper if we removed the existing cabinets prior to you fitting the new ones. The unit is in Ryde.
