Bathrooms. Demolish existing bathrooms. Install new baths, shower bases, and vanity's, new blue board to walls, waterproof, tile install plumbing. Removal of 2 walls. (they may be load bearing). Total budget 40k. Materials to be supplied by owner. If you are not able to start work on 4th July please do not bother applying. Approximately 10-12 weeks work for the right person.
