We would like to rip out our current kitchen of 20 years and change it to an open plan kitchen with an island, with the lounge and dining area on the same floor. our style is more of modern classic.
additionally, we are looking to replace our current floor laminate to that of jarrah floorboards and unsure if this needs to be done simultaneously with the kitchen renovation or before/after.
we are also looking to update / renovate our 2 bathrooms. however, as we are still living on the property during the course of renovation, we may opt to renovate one bathroom at a time instead of concurrently.
