Hi, I have a room (used to be a garage previously). I need to have it made to be a garage again, remove the plaster walls, render the walls inside, some guttering work will be needed, some flooring work (remove wooden floor and install a more suitable garage floor), some roof work will be needed. There are some other smallish 2-3 tasks which I can explain during quoting process (installing a rainwater gutter in the backyard, fixing some front porche tiles etc).
