Townhouse - renovated a few years ago but builder's didn't blueboard or waterproof!
it's a small bathroom (3 x 3 m approx)bathroom needs to be ripped out - tiles on walls and floor, and bath (bath is 'built' in not a separate bath unit), and waterproofed, retiled, new shower (base with glass door) inserted. keeping current basin & toilet. plumbing okay.
i also have some water damage on full length window frames which need carpentry and/or replacing.
