Remove old kitchen & bathroom floor and wall tiles and replace with new

Duncan requested 3 quotes from Renovators in Docklands

  Replacement of tiles in Docklands apartment, all kitchen (floor area 3.5 sq m) and bathroom (floor area 4.5 sq m, wall 2.3 sq m) and shower (floor area 1.1 sq m, walls 7.2 sq m).
Old floor tiles need to be removed.
Shower screen removed and replaced after.
Will reuse existing toilet and basin.
Old wall tiles (mosaic) need to be removed.
Suspect walls are plasterboard which will need repairing if damaged when tiles come off.
I will supply new tiles and grout from National Tiles.
