Unit renovation to the kitchen and bathroom. the work will include:
- removal of existing upright stove, cabinets (kitchen and bathroom), bath, toilet
- removal of floor tiles in kitchen, hallway and toilet (approximately 24 sq m), removal of wall tiles in kitchen and bathroom
- installation of cabinets in kitchen and bathroom, cooktop, oven, toilet, spa bath
- replacement of all wall and floor tiles
i have identified all required tapware, tiles, sinks, oven, spa bath etc.
i will require someone to coordinate a cabinet maker, tiler, plumber (removal of upright stove and replacement of gas cooktop and oven, replacement of toilet and bath), tiler, electrician (installation of rangehood and spa bath) and any associated carpentry to install the spa bath (surrounds and a step to the spa bath) etc.,
