Looking for a registered builder to carry out and finish off our reno which has come to a stand still! We were doing this owner builder and have run out of cash and given up.
We need loan from the bank and Registered builder with handy man skills.
Works to be done:
plastering,
tiling,
bricklaying,
wall framing,
new front door and back,
ensuite addition,
floor sanding,
replacing a window,
bricking in a few windows, door,
hanging wardrobe doors,
decking,
new eaves lining throughout,
reinstate fireplace,
and small handy man jobs.
The hard DEMO work has been done, and any demo that needs done over the course, WE WILL carry out for you, organise bins, clean bricks etc etc.
Quotes must be handed immediately after site visit.
