To strip out the bathroom, toilet & en-suite of all existing fixtures and fittings & remove all wall and floor tiles throughout.
- fit new fittings including 2 vanities, laundry trough, towel rails, taps etc. as supplied.
- supply and install a new bath with shower screen.
- supply and fit a new shower screen to the en-suite shower.
- lay new tiles to the floor and walls (to approx 2mtrs high) through the bathroom/laundry and en-suite (as supplied).
- lay tiles to the toilet floor and 1 row of skirting tiles to the walls (as supplied).
- removal of all debris
