Disconnect & remove all plumbing fixtures. Remove all wall & floor tiles. Relocate plumbing fixtures for spa, toilet, shower & vanity. Install new bathroom items, including new shower, spa & surrounds. Install rainwater tank with pump to toilet flush. Waterproof & re-tile walls & floor. Owner to supply all PC items including wall & floor tiles. Contractor to supply all plumbing fixtures & fittings, electrical fittings, building supplies and waterproofing. Full access to below & above.
Work to begin mid-May and to be completed within 3-4 weeks.

Very good customer service prior to commencement. Provided good advice on where to find good value fittings and appliances. Provided valuable assistance in developing the plans for the bathroom renovation. Job was not completed on schedule. A number of aspects had not completed either according to the plan or as a result of poor workmanship. Some items have not yet been resolved. Could recommend their friendly customer approach, but not the finished job or standard of workmanship. Overall disappointed.
