Downstairs at the moment has water seeping through the ground. The house is approx 30 yrs old but we have not lived downstairs yet. Downstairs has rumpus, toilet, garage and laundry which has to go and a new concrete slab with water proofing has to be laid and new bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and rumpus needs to be built. Internal staircase, new kitchen and bathroom upstairs. Roof cleaning/sealing any leaks and painting the roof. Front verandah needs to be touched up and a new gate needs to be installed.
