In the kitchen area there is a large wooden workbench (pine) with doors and drawers underneath and a laminate top (approx 69cm x 280cm). we are looking at having the laminate replaced and the whole thing painted. also the laminate replaced where the double sink is, new tiles behind the sink and the cupboards underneath painted.
