Looking at a couple of options in renovating a 1970's boondall hardiplank house downstairs area which is currently not legal height but used as storage/garage/laundry and gym.
option 1 - raise the house to legal height, build in underneath with extra bathroom/bedroom/living areas. due to cost this option would need to be a staged process.
option 2- fix up existing downstairs area without raising house - removal of "dodgy" diy work from previous owner and rebuild exterior/interior walls.
require morning quote during the week or on a saturday.
