I have signed a contract on a house. It settles on 21st September. I would like to start renovations on settlement if possible. The renovations required include:
Kitchen Installation

Extending off the back of the property to turn the laundry into bedroom number 3 and add off the kitchen a dining/deck area - roofing for the extension already exists.
Removing a linen closet to create a hallway
Sanding and polishing floorboards
Painting
Other minor carpentry work
There is asbestos in the property that would need removal for the renovation to occur.
I would like quotes for renovation and extensions and also info about whether you are available to start the job at settlement and how long it will take approximately. I can arrange access to the house.
