Post war home requires complete renovation

The house is a 3 bedroom post war home of weatherboard on stumps that has been neglected. It is aprox 300m2 of house.
- Removal of asbestos roof and replacement with colorbond
- Repaint inside and out
- New kitchen (flatpack style) incl benches, cupboards, cooker, sink etc
- Bathroom needs to be gutted and refit with shower, basin, toilet and new tiling. (toilet will require sewage to be plumbed to the bathroom as no toilet exists in current bathroom)
- Repair some window sills and door frames which have termite damage
- Repair/replace original fold out windows
- Polish floorboards (some boards require repair)
- New carport
- Remove badly built laundry, toilet and storage addon from the back of the house. (This was built on the ground with crude concrete floor, steps leading from a hole that was cut into the back wall and a corrugated tin roof)*
*possibility of building an extension in its place which would include a laundry area, 4th bedroom and ensuite. (estimate separately)
