Porch has two pillars and concrete overhang - it needs paint stripped, repair of cracks, I guess waterproofing the top, gaps with wall filled with flexible sealant, repaint, and hopefully money left over to pave the step, which is a quarter circle around 1.5m radius. Flexible on dates with current health regulations.
