2. Realign hot water line (from HWS - approx 1.5m long).
3. Install effective ducts from kitchen (rangehood) and bathroom (overhead fan) exhausts, to completely expel externally (currently expels into wall cavity).
4. Restore matching brickwork and mortar - 2-3 localised areas, no more than 12 bricks total.
5. Paint PVC pipework below bathroom window to match the existing pipework (2m length, large dia).
