The roof leaks
I can hear dripping on the ceiling
I went up into the roof cavity and saw water running under the tiles in several places
The tiles were not cracked so I don't know why they leak
Is it due to a build up of moss and lichen?
Please advise
The house is 40 years old and the pitch is flatter than our neighbor the tiles are also flat design
