New shower,tiles & repair damage to construction under floor

Water was leaking from the shower base and probably behind the taps in the shower. due to damage it caused we discovered the mushrooms coming out from the floor and had that terrible smell. immediately we had to demolish the shower and at the moment we have big whole in the bathroom. water also damaged the constriction under the floor. because it is water damage we would need to have prior the job the quotation for insurance claim. this will also determine our actual budget. this is our only bathroom so we would much appreciate someone renovating it before christmas yet. thank you
