New shower frame and removal of 50mm of tiles & plaster

The problem:
The original shower cavity had a 3 set sliding door about 12 months ago but we got rid of it b/c we suspected that there was a water leak from the tiles on the shower tap handle sides. The solution was to remove all tiles and shower sliding doors and re-tile & grout. The sliding shower doors were thrown away.
The issue today is that water from the shower MAY come onto the bathroom floor and and spread to the hallway thus causing the carpet to become a little wet. The initial temporary fix was to place the plastic perspex about 1/2 a foot high and silicon this to all 3 sides.

The better solution is to remove this perspex, purchase a 800mm sliding shower door and place into the shower opening.
To do this, you would need to remove the existing piece of white wood on the left hand side of the shower opening; cut about 50 mm of plaster from the floor to the height of the shower frame. The shower basin is 800mm but the wood and the plaster board is covering the 50mm.
Once the wood and 50 mm of plaster is removed; cement sheeting and tiles would need to be glues on with grout to hold the NEW 800mm shower sliding door.

Q2. what I need from you is a timeline assuming that the shower is worked on in the morning .. what is the earliest time I can shower after you have finished your work?
Q3. How long will the job take? What is the gurantee period? If there is an issue - from the time I call you , how long will you respond to return back the fix the issue?

I do have plenty more pictures but I would assume that I have provided enough detail. A tax receipt is required
