House has been raised and gradually built in underneath. External weatherboard walls and windows have been put up plus all internal framework, and we have passed frame inspection stage.
We are needing a bathroom put in (plumbing already in slab) with shower, vanity, cupboard; plus separate toilet.
Also needing the living area lined with MDF VJ, plus a suspended ceiling. Under-stair storage to be built in (ie shelves/door).
Electricity has been roughed in, but not yet live downstairs. Our own electrician can complete fit-off once building work is complete.
