Modest renovation of laundry

Laundry is approx 2.3m X 1.8m. We need to replace the floor and laundry cupboard which will need to be plumbed in. Current floor is Lino tiles on cement and walls are brick. Floor will need some prep work to make it even so tiles can be used. Floor & laundry trough have become problems because I keep flooding the floor as there is no bypass on laundry trough.
