Completely replace the bathroom, looking for somebody to come in and do it all from ripping out the existing one to the tiling. quite a small space, so i want to remove existing bath and sink unit and replace it with a shower, new sink and add a toilet in there. property is a queenslander and there would be the requirement to 'board in' a window to gain space for a decent sized shower. some minor lectrical work to install new lights and an extractor fan.
