Minor Renovation Works for Apartment
Sharon requested 3 quotes from Renovators in Carlton
Will require quote mainly for carpentry, plumbing and electrical works:
1. Removal of existing carpet & underlay.
2. Removal of 2 stud walls and install new ply-clad wall and door to detail.
3. Removal of existing wardrobe shelving and reconfigured to suit proposed wardrobe.
4. Relocate existing aircon.
5. Install new aircon to 2 rooms.
6. New light to room and new DGPOs.
7. Provide noggings/ structural support to walls for TV mounting plate, aircon, robe hooks etc.
8. Reinstate plasterboard to all new wall/ ceiling penetrations.
9. New paint finish to all walls.
Please note that as required by body corporate, the following documents are required to be provided to Body Corporate prior to commencement:
- Contract
- Certificate of Currency of Warranty Insurance
- Builder Registration Details
