Brick walls have experienced major cracks and I'm looking to get it fixed. Mainly indoors walls but some outdoor walls too. Photos of cracks attached. The crack was due to a busted water pipe under the house last year. Insurance has agreed to cover costs and I'm looking for quotes. A geo-tech and structural engineer have surveyed the site and brought forward some suggestions including tearing the boards up so the ground can dry, underpinning the internal walls (external walls have been underpinned) and knocking down the wall and placing a new one. I imagine it could potentially be a big job and quickly need quotes.
