  Just a rough idea on the jobs that need to be done:

Demolition:

* Strip and remove from site all fixtures and fittings
* Remove wall and floor tiles



Plumbing:

* Install a shower in place of bath, floating vanity and WC as per existing layout



Veneer Walls:

* Replace wall cladding where required using WR board, followed by Villaboard, flushed and sealed in readiness for tiling



Building Work:

* Apply a self levelling screed to concrete floor
* Fabricate a shower hob approx 760mm x 1160mm
* Apply a sand and cement screed to the shower floor with appropriate falls to floor trap in readiness to tile
* Reinforce wall behind vanity with a timber noggin to support floating vanity
* Supply and install a frame and two custom made doors to enclose the laundry area. Each door size approx 600mm wide x 2.4m high. Doors will be in white vinyl wrap with handles of choice included.
* Silicone all control joints



Waterproofing:

* Waterproof entire shower area and bathroom floor to prevent dampness penetration using ABA Superflex membrane.



Tiling:

* Wall Tiling: Supply and lay tiles at 2.1m high to all shower walls. Lay mosaic tiles to entire vanity wall at cornice height. Lay a splashback above laundry trough. Remaining bathroom walls to be tiled bottom row only.
* Floor Tiling: Supply and lay tiles to bathroom floor and shower floor.
* Tile allowance at a tiles store is $30 psm.
* Note: All grouts have been allowed and will be ABA flexible, colours to suit. Tile sizes allowed for are between 200mm to 500mm. Very large tiles, mosaics, granite and porcelain will be charged extra.



Shower Screen:

* Install a semi frameless shower screen and pivot door



Mirrored cupboard:

* Supply and install a semi recessed mirrored cupboard above vanity with two doors, approx size 900mm wide x 700mm high
