Rip out existing and install new kitchen, knock out/plaster wall separating kitchen and laundry nook, rip up existing tiles and replace with new. new kitchen and tiles will be supplied. just need to install and redo area... some re-plumbing and electrical might need to be moved, refigured. $10-$12 budget the lot including appliances. i do have a plan just need someone to look at it and do it.
